Customizable Profiles and Matching
Profiles on Cupid’s Corner include details such as orientation, traits, and age range preferences. Players have full control over what information is displayed on their Sim’s profile, making it easier to find the perfect match. Matches can come from existing worlds in the game, the gallery, or be completely new creations. Players can customize their settings to tailor matches to their preferences, ensuring a more personalized dating experience.
From the app, Sims can initiate dates and customize every aspect, from the guest list to the activities. Dates can range from simple star-gazing to expansion-exclusive activities involving animals. Senior game designer Josh Contreras highlights that some activities require content from other packs, but there is still plenty to do for players without additional DLC. The autonomy of NPCs adds an extra layer of excitement to the dating experience, promising unique and engaging interactions.
