Recently, during the latest Nintendo Direct, a new Ace Attorney collection was announced for various platforms including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. The Ace Attorney Investigations Collection will feature remastered versions of Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth and Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Prosecutor’s Gambit. Interestingly, the second game is being localized in English for the first time as part of this collection.
One of the key highlights of the new collection is the ability to switch between re-drawn versions of the character sprites and the original pixel art. Additionally, players will have access to a new History feature that allows them to review dialogue, a story mode that can automatically resolve puzzles and investigations, a gallery mode, multi-language voice-overs for both games, and more.
Ace Attorney Investigations Collection is set to launch on September 6, with preorders already available. Those who preorder the collection will receive a special DLC pack containing five arranged tracks from the Ace Attorney Investigations 2 soundtrack. While the collection will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, the physical release is currently only confirmed for the Switch version.
