Exploring 10:10 Games’ Funko Fusion Adventure Game

The highly anticipated adventure game, Funko Fusion, developed by 10:10 Games, has finally been given an official launch date for multiple gaming platforms. Gamers can look forward to playing the game on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Nintendo Switch starting on 13 September 2024. This action-adventure game first made its debut in 2023 with a teaser trailer that showcased popular characters from various pop culture icons in bobblehead form.

10:10 Games has revealed that Funko Fusion pays tribute to a deep roster of NBCUniversal, a renowned film production company. The game features characters from over 20 franchises, including blockbuster movies like Jurassic World, Jaws, Back to the Future, The Thing, and hit TV series such as Battlestar Galactica, The Umbrella Academy, and Masters of the Universe. Players will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the worlds of their favorite movies and TV shows as they embark on thrilling adventures with these iconic characters.

The latest trailer for Funko Fusion unveils several surprise franchises that will be part of the game, such as Invincible, Five Nights At Freddy’s, Nope, M3GAN, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Hot Fuzz, Xena: Warrior Princess, Knight Rider, and Voltron: Legendary Defender. Players can expect to see these characters in action, exploring familiar movie settings and engaging in real-time action segments, including over-the-shoulder first-person shooter sequences.

One distinctive aspect of Funko Fusion is the incorporation of Funko Pop Vinyl figures that do not currently exist in the real world. Characters like The Thing’s R.J. MacReady and M3GAN are featured in the game, despite not having official Funko figures yet. This collaboration between 10:10 Games and Funko hints at potential future releases of these characters as collectible figures, possibly tied to the video game’s launch. Fans will have to wait and see what exciting plans are in store for these unreleased Funko Pop Vinyls.
